G5-SE Component System Series

EMPHASER’s new component systems inspire with their max. output capabilities, but above all, with their sophisticated and untouchable musicality.

The baskets are designed for compactness, while ease of installation is provided by installation depth requirements of only 54 and 59 mm respectively.

Realized with exclusive components and materials, both systems rely on the ingredients to make a difference – nitrile rubber surrounds, black woven Kevlar cones and Nomex spiders  emphasize the quality of these sets.
A highlight of this speaker line is the new 25 mm soft dome tweeter with a diaphragm made of silk, a material with excellent acoustic damping properties and a perfect frequency response. The sound resulting from this dome is detailed and finely resolved, yet the treble range always remains warm and unobtrusive.

The good sound quality of the two ECP-SE systems has the crossover involved as well: Equipped with the lowest tolerance components and with a pcb fitted inside a rather compact housing, the CAD optimization of the parts values for best phase match renders a perfect blend of the individual drivers for wide and deep staging. The tweeter output level can be attenuated with a jumper on the crossover pcb in four steps, to suit personal taste.
